Disappointing arbitration & PageSigner

I have just completed my first two Bisq trades. One (small transaction) went smoothly, the second went to a dispute as the BTC seller did not release the coins. After 24 hours I opened a dispute and began the process of trying to provide evidence of the fiat being transferred. I encountered enormous problems with getting PageSigner to work having tried it on three different machines with one having a clean Chrome install (no other extensions to get in the way).
