Very strange message, I’m going to check with devs if they have banned someone recently (I don’t think so).
Anyways, it doesn’t look related to upgrade as it doesn’t relate to trade protocol.
Could you go to Keybase to let us know for which offer was that? Thanks.

I think one scammer has been added to the filter lately so that’s probably it.

As banning a user it’s a very centralized privilege, I think it’s very important to communicate this decisions as soon as possible.
