Think I found a scammer

Twice tried to send someone USD via Zelle and both times Zelle said email address was not registered. Seller said that’s a mistake. He’s received funds in the past. His payment account is 131 days. What shall I do?

I think the chances of it being a scammer are low if the account is well aged. Likely more an issue with Zelle or one of your banks.
