At times resolved tickets can remain open.
The only way to remove them would be to delete a certain file from your Bisq data directory. However, that will delete all present and past mediation tickets. Let me know if you want instructions on how to do so.

What’s the matter? You can always reach out to the mediator in keybase and ask that they close it. Bugs are expected in free and open source software. https://keybase.io/team/bisq
