You can change the base currency to ETH!
You can’t change the base currency to ETH. You can change it only to Litecoin and Dash.
So this is not possible, to trade directly ETH and USD, but if the Bitcoin mining fees are the problem, you can use Litecoin or Dash and experience lower fees.
