Trade stuck at Wait for blockchain confirmation

I’m buying BTC as the maker. According to bisq, deposit transaction has been published, but the transaction does not appear in the mempool. The problem’s apparently at the seller’s end, but they’re not responding to my chat. What should I do?

Thanks for the message. If the deposit tx id is not in the mempool the trade has failed.

Do you have a red sideways arrow on the right of the trade that can move it to failed trades?

I resynced SPV and the red arrow appeared. I moved it to failed trades.
