My trade is stuck on step 2 so I can’t confirm and I did get the payment. I asked my trading partner on the “trader chat” to confirm payment and he says he is on step 3. What can I do to progress?
If you can’t “refresh trade state” or that doesn’t fix it you need to open mediation. You’ll both be able to accept the resolution to complete the trade

There is no “get support” button nor any option to refresh. Only “open trader chat”. How do I initiate a mediation? Thanks
You have to open mediation with ctrl+O. The button to open mediation is hidden until the trading period is exceeded because users were abusing of it, but your issue makes it worth to open mediation ASAP.
