So I’ve started my first trade and everything has gone fine so far, I sent the funds over through zelle, and it says that my peer has confirmed the payment message receipt, it’s been nearly 4 hours but bisq has yet to complete the trade, does it usually take this long?
It depends on your peer (some bugs can prevent that from happening too). Tell your trading peer that you have sent the payment throught the trading chat just to make sure that he acknowledges that you have made the payment, but how fast is the trade compled depends on when sellers will click the “payment received” button mostly. You could get not a single reply on the trading chat but still notice that the seller clicks that button in the next few hours still.
