Trader chat error

Hi, when sending messages to trade peer I am receiving an error:
“Receiver could not process message. Error: timed out. Try sending message again”.
Then I restart Bisq and try again but the result is the same.
Could you help?
Bisq v1.8.0
OS: Win10

I believe it’s more of your peer’s issue, if after restarting the issue doesn’t get solved.
