Hello, so I’m not sure what steps to take, I’ve made one buy and one sell and both trades have gone several days now after the fiat side has completed and the bitsquare trades have not settled. In the case of ae6ad4af I have contacted the counterparty and the counterparty said they their side has been acknowledged but still the trade hasn’t completed. On the other trade I haven’t contacted but will do now. What’s going on? How do we move them forward?
Did you confirm the receipt of fiat in the buy case?
