I made a trade (I am the buyer) on 25 Nov and the Bisq app is incorrectly stuck at Step 1 “Wait for blockchain confirmation”. When I look the Deposit Transaction ID up on a blockchain explorer it has 430 confirmations, so was confirmed more than a day ago.
However because the Bisq app is stuck at Step 1, I cannot see the payment details to make payment. (and the trade timer has not started). However, of course our deposits are now locked into the blockchain.
A possible reason for the issue is that I upgraded from 1.4.2 to 1.5.0. Perhaps it is possible that transactions in progress do not migrate smoothly between these versions? Is there anyway to safely clear the cache so that the Bisq app picks up the transaction and sees that it is confirmed?
I have tried uninstalling Bisq and re-installing, but I still have the same issue.
