I was adding a few smaller sell orders (0,01 BTC) on Bisq.

However the calculated transaction fees on the seller side were more than 5%.

Tried to add another well order with a variable amount of BTC and ending up with 4% transaction fees, calculated over the maximum amount. Imagine someone is picking up the minimum amount of 0,01 BTC you will end up with fees of 20% at the seller side.

Any reason the transaction fees are at the moment that high at the moment at Bisq?

Mining fees are high because there’s a lot of demand of space for the BTC blockchain. mempool.space is the place where the fees are fed to Bisq, you can see it for yourself.

Thanks. Looks like the mempool is loaded with very small fees (1 satoshi).
