Transaction not completed. BTC frozen but no refund

Hey, looking for some help for trade ID:

The originally thought the payment had come through but now looking back it hasn’t. I’ve opened a support request but haven’t heard anything.
My BTC is still locked and the trade is still showing as open. This trade has been open for quite a long time now with no resolution.

No not yet, no response on here either. Who do I contact to look into this for me? It’s a fair amount of money I really need this sorting asap
