if what you mean by this, is that the above address (which you should definitely remove from your post for opsec reasons) is one you copied from Bisq “receive funds” tab, and you still don’t see the balance on Bisq, it most probably means Bisq is not updated to the current status of your wallet, and you would need to go do Settings > network and press “Delete SPV file and resync”, restart, and wait for the process to finish, as it could take a while
