Transaction stuck at "Wait for Blockchain Confirmation"

I placed an offer to buy bitcoin, and it was accepted about 9 hours ago. However, it’s still in the “Wait for Blockchain Confirmation” status. The strange thing is that the “Maker fee transaction ID” is not found in Bitaps block explorer, but the “Taker fee transaction ID” is.

Is there a way to provide the transaction ID in a more discrete manner than this public forum?

Edit: I opened a dispute on the trade to resolve this.

You can always send me a PM if you want me to look at it, but there is no need if it doesn’t show up.
Opening a dispute is a right course of action, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Check in several diff. block explorers, some are less reliable with unconfirmed txs as others.
