I transferred btc to a cold wallet (Ledger) multiple times over a couple of months from both HodlHodl and Bisq. I cleared the cache on Ledger due to issues transferring funds out - and all of the btc from Bisq disappeared as though they had never been there (no records) while all the HodlHodl btc was still present.
As long as you can confirm the txns on a blockchain explorer, I would say the issue lies with ledger
