The withdrawal (Tx ID below) remains unconfirmed and its been well over 36 hours. How long until it goes through? If possible, I’d like it back in my BISQ wallet rather than having it sent / confirmed.

bitcoin mempool is full of high fee transactions right now due to the heavy price movement. It will probably calm down soon(ish). You could in theory RBF the transaction somewhere else but not from within Bisq itself. Unless you’re desperate for the BTC now it’s probably best to just wait.
EDIT, if you withdrew to your own wallet you could send the unconfirmed output back to bisq wallet with a higher fee to have it confirmed sooner (You would need a high enough fee to cover both transactions). Electrum allows you to do this in the “Coins” tab.
