Using Bisq for the first time

[1962-D500]

I’ve downloaded the latest version on a Mac and Windows. In both cases I get an error saying I need to download the latest version and that trading won’t work on older versions.

What could be the actual problem, assuming the December 2025 version really works and this exchange is still supported.
