I’ve used this method to send money and it seems like it could be a good candidate for bisq. I am most interested in methods that do not require IRS levyable accounts (like bank or credit union). I’m not sure if Walmart is subject to IRS levy but I don’t recall having to use my SSN, just name and phone number, recipient’s name, phone number, state.
