What happens if the other party doesn't accept the mediation?

I signed up for a trade and the other party did not finish the trade in time.
We opened a ticket and after a week it got sent to mediation.
If we both accept, we get our BTC back.

The problem is that the other party will most likely not log-in anymore to accept/reject the mediation.
What happens next? After the 2 weeks, will the outcome still be the same if the admin decides so? (we both get our coin back)

It’ll go into Arbitration and you’ll get all the funds if the other trader didn’t fulfill their part of the trade.

i see. thank you. i was worried about the part saying that the admin is allowed to recieve a part of the coins up to the security deposit anmount (0.0060 btc)
