Nothing happens. You lose 0 fees.

It’s only when you cancel an offer that you’ll lose at least the mining fees which were necessary to process the offer.
I did cancel an offer once or twice. It’s not that much. Nothing which traumatized me at least.

To calculate what?
In order to broadcast an offer you need to pay a trading fee. Once that’s done you’ll have your offer up and can edit it. At this point if you cancel it, you lose the trading fee as it has already been paid.
