What new payment methods would you like added to Bisq?

https://giftoff.com/sign-in tried and works. you can buy gift cards with credit card or paypal and you can exchange them to buy with bisq immediately.

Bitrefill is extremely happy to announce our brand new partnership with Wyre. Wyre is an exchange & payments processor that offers crypto to fiat and compliance solutions, and our integration will allow us to accept fiat payments from any major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

Hi to all,
there are now the first new breeds of fully licensed banks with integrated crypto as just a part of the multi currency function of the account. I am talking about 2 banks in Switzerland ( Seba Bank and Sygnum Bank) and Liechtenstein (Bank Frick). All 3 have vast capital, and do only accounts with professionals, and respective minimum account opening balances (100k >).
Are these banks:

  • accepted here as clearing for bisq trades
  • treated as a regular bank
  • or receive a higher ranking as they are super KYC?

Something similar as with wise.com and revolut would make them stick out.
Opinions?

Hi @admin461

Thanks for the suggestions.

You can trade with all of those banks currently on Bisq using SEPA, SEPA Instant, and national bank transfer.

If its not too late to suggest how about using prepaid debit cards to buy?

using payment cards on Bisq is probably unfeasible, the recipient would need some sort of payment processor intermediary to accept money through that method; one readily available processor is paypal, which is exactly the opposite of the ideal payment method on bisq (and in fact it is not listed); running a service that will use a third party processor is also outside of the ordinary setup of users.
Other than that, prepaid card are great for “anonymity”, until the place where you want to use them requires KYC to activate the credit

Railgun would be good, allow trades to be settled entirely onchain and completely anonymously

Currently in community testing, though it’s fully functional.

So… Arrange trades on Bisq then the vendee pays with stablecoins on Railgun. They can then unshield ( relay) to any address leaving no trace of the trade itself. Completely breaks KYC. In case of any disputes the vendee ( buyer) can generate a zero knowledge proof that the transaction happened as agreed.

Takes any ERC20 so renBTC, wBTC, renZEC, wEth, USDC etc.
