What's going to happen after the REFUND AGENT leaves Bisq?

Please explain how unresponsive and failed trades will be handled after the refund agent leaves.

My role is to refund traders who cannot resolve their differences using the medi…ators. The traders have their BTC sent to the Donation Address owner if they escalate to me. In my role I need to pay the traders according to my judgement of the dispute and is reimbursed by a highly volatile BSQ at the end of each voting cycle. In case there’s no replacement I guess the trader would go to the DAO?!
