Why does my bisq withdrawal request not appear in mempool?

I made a withdrawal request from the bisq but the transaction id does not appear in the mempool. In bisq the transaction is seen by 0 pairs / 0 confirmations. (I used a fee rate of 1 sat/vb).
How can I resolve this? Thank you for your support.

Try spv resync Resyncing SPV file - Bisq Wiki
