Hello, I would like to ask if it would be possible to add Xoom as a payment method.
So far I’ve only had good experiences with it.
I don’t know what’s Xoom, but paypal is not allowed at Bisq because of huge chargeback risks. I don’t expect Xoom to be different.
Xoom is like the recently added service Transferwise. A successful transaction cannot be reversed.

Do you have a money-back guarantee if my recipient doesn’t get the money?
We guarantee that your money will be received by your recipient, or we’ll refund your transaction in full.
I think this was discussed before but discounted due to the links with PayPal.
