Your local data is not in consensus with at least one seed node. Please resync the DAO state

Seem to be getting this message more often (at least a few times this week).

Another user commented the same thing on Keybase.

Not sure if this is to do with Seed nodes, or my local Bisq instance.

If it is due to mine are there any tips to make sure the DAO state does not become out of consensus?
Also when it is out of consensus can a user still trade using BSQ for trade fees, and/or buy and sell BSQ?

Me too always. Even after dao Synchronisation and restart again
