Zelle payment rejected by two banks

Hello. I love the idea of this market, but unfortunately my first trade is not going well. This is a Zelle trade. Everything went smoothly till I tried to pay via Zelle. The payment was rejected by both of my banks. I have contacted the seller, but I haven’t received a response. I am certainly done trying to pay that account. I am wondering what the process is once this times out, as it will time out, of me recouping the deposit. I tried to find a way to open a support ticket through the app, and I couldn’t find it. I tried to contact my mediator, and the keybase window just spun never opening it (even after downloading the app).

Please advise of the steps I should take next.

Hi @nate987 sorry that your first trade has not gone smoothly.

I would recommend you open mediation by selecting the pending trade and clicking: ‘Ctrl + o’ or ‘alt + o’ or ‘cmd + o’

You can then explain what happened to the trade to the mediator and they can assist in completing it or cancelling it.
