I’m the BTC buyer/maker. I tried to make the Zelle payment and it was rejected and returned to me. My bank says it’s because the recipient has their Zelle linked to a debit card rather than a checking/savings account. I relayed the information and my trading partner says they are attempting to rectify the situation but any abnormality has me on the lookout for scams. Any thoughts on this situation? Safe to retry the payment if/when they say they’ve straightened things out on their end?
EDIT: It worked out. They fixed the issue, I resent → trade complete.
