Hi, in my open trades I can see recognizably failed trade as it does not have taker fee transaction ID and deposit transaction ID but I cannot move it to failed trades. What else can I do?

There isn’t a red icon at the last collumn of the trade. Then ask for a reimbursement if necessary.

If it’s really a failed trade (look at a blockchain explorer) and there is no red button, do a SPV resync.

Do a spv resync.
You can also check your transactions at Funds, to make sure funds weren’t moved for this trade.
