This seems like one of these issues: Lost Funding Deposits and Deposit Transaction Not Confirming . So I believe this is a known bug.
I noticed that all of these are buy offers as well, which might be a coincidence, but it might be the same offer that causes error when taken. I believe @cbeams is looking into this.
