Dispute open 3 weeks

Hi,
I have a dispute open since 19th July, so over 3 weeks. I got eventually paid so it can be safely closed without any other concerns. Can anyone help as the arbitrator is not replying?
Arbitrator is g72ouph23eznvpuz.onion:9999 while TradeID is EXYVMJF

hi, the trade was closed on July 20th. Im guessing you didn’t receive the funds so I will reopen and close again

Hi, thanks for you interest. Unfortunately I still see the ticket in status “Open”. Nothing really serious but the red notification icon bothers me a bit
