Much appreciated! We’ve followed Bitsquare on Twitter.

New candidate with (possible) outstanding properties:

  • First cryptocoin designed to work without historical operations requeriment, yet is still able to control double spending or check balance. (Blockchain can be deleted at any time, and will continue working perfectly without the problem of double spending)
  • Pascal coin is designed to be ‘easy to use’, ‘easy to understand’: Pascal uses ordinal account numbers instead of crypto address. EASY to remember and to work with. YES, like a bank!
  • You will find White paper and full documentation at GitHub: https://github.com/PascalCoin/PascalCoin/wiki
  • Genesis block started on August 11, 2016, without premine. All public to every miners!
  • It offers two exchange possibilities: Trade COINS and/or trade ACCOUNTS

TRADE COINS:

  • Ticker symbol (e.g. BTC): PASC
  • Official coin name (e.g. Bitcoin): Pascal Coin
  • Official altcoin webpage where Bitsquare will be added as official exchange: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1583719.0
  • URL of the block explorer: Block explorer is included in the wallet
  • Example address (e.g. 3MPe1LfMeJvumN7ykswSwkPSoXLbheXnCH): Pascal works with ORDINAL account numbers like “0-10” or “21926-74” or “132706-50”
  • Confirmation that you have checked that the ticker does not conflict with ISO_4217 - Ok
  • Social media accounts like Twitter account, subreddit, etc.: @PascalCoin

TRADE ACCOUNTS:

  • Ticker symbol (e.g. BTC): PASA
  • Official coin name (e.g. Bitcoin): Pascal Account

Thanks Manfred!

Has NEM/XEM been requested? I think this coin has been in the top10 for some time.

Hi.
PASC was added at Bitsquare.io, thanks!

Also, please, add PASA (Pascal Accounts) to trade too.
This is because PascalCoin uses blockchain to create Accounts and Coins, and Accounts are incremental ordinal numbers like bank accounts, and you cannot store Coins in address, you must store Coins in Pascal Accounts generated by the blockchain.

TRADE ACCOUNTS:

  • Ticker symbol (e.g. BTC): PASA
  • Official coin name (e.g. Bitcoin): Pascal Account
  • URL of the block explorer: Block explorer is included in the wallet and also http://explorer.pascalcoin.org

Thanks!

Hello Bitsquare,

We want to implement address validation and as we support > 100 altcoins we need to support form the altcoin community.
For new altcoins to get added we have a new additional requirement to implement the validation (regex+checksum+unittest) and do a PR to our dev branch:

  • Pullrequest for the Altcoin address validation (Regex test + checksum test or anything else if there is anything specific) and Unittest for it (use Dev branch NOT master branch for PR).
    Validation class is here.
    Unittest is here.

For existing altcoins we would appreciate PRs as well.
At some point in the future we will remove altcoins which are not traded or which had very low trading activity. The fact if there was done a PR for the address validation will influence that decision if an altcoin will be removed or not.

PS: Once the DAO is in place we will handle such decisions by voting.

Thanks for your support!

See my latest post and update to the requirements.

Hi I am Will Gallo, or WhiteOutMashups of SAFE-FS.io, and I am looking to have my project’s coin be supported by Bitsquare. I have looked at your requirements and believe I am able to meet all of them:

  • I am the project’s founder and have registered with the official WOM email address (whiteoutmashups@gmail.com)
  • I have created this mockup version of our website, or basically how it would look if Bitsquare adds our coin to its listings. It offers four separate mentions of Bitsquare.io, each with a link directly to Bitsquare’s homepage, along with this entire page describing and supporting your software, which can be filled in however you’d like.
  • Our coin’s block explorer is omnichest.info since it is an Omni Layer Asset.
  • SFSC uses BTC addresses, and here is an example of one (this is one of our SFSC Crowdsale dispatch addresses): 17GieQEW132aGSD2b4CRDsNzVdfwvkBF38
  • I have checked the ticker list and “SFSC” (Safe FileSystem Coin) does not conflict.
  • You won’t have to add any additional input fields; the address alone is always sufficient.
  • Verificiation usually happens with omnichest.info
  • I understand and accept the trading volume requirements
  • Our coin represents nothing offensive, and its core mission is to provide distributed access to your own data online, without having to trust any third party.

I hope this may be sufficient, and if not please inform me what else I must complete to make my project’s coin compatible with Bitsquare. Thank you!

I’ll second this one. I’m sure SAFE network will end up with quite a few file sharing style apps, but those at the start usually have the best chance of success.

I hope SFSC gets added, it could end up with quite high trading volumes when Maidsafe actually launch their platform and people start looking more at the peripheral projects in that ecosystem. Just look how high trading volumes were for SAFEx on Bittrex during the last SAFE boom - and SFSC is actually going somewhere unlike SAFEx, that is too ambitious with its clearnet version and the dev keeps doing U-turns. It would be great for bitsquare users to get first pop at this cherry imo. The upside from a sub $50k ICO is just so huge if it gets anywhere.

Please allow me to also highlight this project called SAFE FS, and it’s coin, and support the request to be listed here. Part of a growing eco system and users community in crypto land, is traders. I’m heavily invested in this project (25%) and though I’m a long term investor (not looking to sell the majority of my holdings within several years, however I would love to pass some of my holdings onwards to other fans and traders), I was involved in several private escrow deals after the crowdsale ended, to extend my holdings. I have a high trust in this project to succeed after SAFE Network is online. And that moment is approaching fast now. Since the SAFE FS project is (so far) unique for the SAFE Network, I predict that it will have a huge first mover advantage. Bitsquare could and should profit from being the frontrunner while listing this coin early, and just as happened with MaidSafeCoin on Poloniex, see volume grow over the months. Here’s to hoping that Bitsquare will list this coin soon! Cheers!

I also would like to support Will’s application for a listing of SFSC on bitsquare! As others have stated already this is a project that has a big upside potential once safenet launches and we all hope that launch is not that far away. The crowdsale of SAFE-FS was past the boom of MAID in the beginning of the year. That is why it “only” collected around 50 BTC but if the crowdsale would have happened around the time of Project Decorums crowdsale (raised more than 600 BTC) it would have collected a much higher amount. So don’t be fooled by the numbers and think this is just a really tiny project. It is not and it will get widely known soon!
