Nearly 48 hours since dispute opened but no response from arbitrator

Seller hasn’t confirmed receipt of payment so I opened a dispute immediately and sent my evidence of payment. Still no response from the arbitrator, and it’s nearing 48 hours now since the original 24 hour payment window closed.
