If one of your trades went to the FAILED TRADES tab, please go there and click the little ‘i’ icon next to the trade Id [img001] Normally the details of the trade should show links to the following on-chain transactions: Maker fee transaction ID Taker fee transaction ID Deposit transaction ID Payout transaction ID [img002] If your trade is on the FAILED TRADES tab we can assume that it hasn’t a valid Payout transaction ID.
