Check the cool star names… after all, what “Monster” says about the underlying business…nothing, but the name is cool and marketable, and so is “Kraken”
examples:
Draco/Draconis
Perseus/Algol (incidentally, the one who allegedly killed Kraken, LOL)
Corvus (used to be a tech company, went bankrupt; now there is a pharma company)
Gemini (taken, of course )
Crater/ Crateris (might sound a bit funny when btc would be in a bear market)
Arcturus
Pavonis
Polaris
Procion
Regulus
Check for more here:
Finally, not a star name, but I like it:

Maybe these were already proposed, but here are some names that reflect on functionality:
Zero (meaning no constrains)
Zerogate (plus 0gate, of course)
Gatezero (plus gate0)
Gatelessgate ( love it, but it is the name of the zawawa’s opensource soft for 0-cash)
Gate!gate (basically, a pun)
Hi again,
21bits
21bitsx
21bitsex
21bitsdx
21bitsdex
21 is a reference to the total amount of BTC being released, and retaining bits is a reference to bitsquare.
Thanks
This is the one:
TooP
for me the project is a protocol based exchange, therefore I suggest:
protocolex
domains could be:
protocol.exchange
protocol.ex
protocolex.com protocolex.io protocolx, etc.
This also fits well the DAO direction, and explains the main idea of the project already in the name.
Yes interesting, but I think describing names for a brand are not so good (you also dont call your kid “little boy” but give it a custom name which represents identity).
Maybe you can derive an artificial name from it?
Bitlink
or
CoinNexus
BitMoney …mic drop I think there is one very small company out there with that name, but the very essence of what Bitsquare facilitates IS that of people transacting in any digital currency there is (including most fiat currency). So I think it’d be well worth it to buy the name (BitMoney) if it’s not freely available. BitMoney IS Bitsquare!!!

(sentence)
Κύκλος (pronounced Kiklos) is the greek word for circle (you can see the relation).
Circle may refer to equality, peer meetings, solidarity (remember king Arthur’s round table, although without the king).
You might try different spellings like: Qyklos, kiQlos (this spelling offers the most appropriate pronunciation with the intonation in i), Qiqlos, or Qyqlos.
The origin of the meaning might be greek but the word is nonetheless universal.
The letter Q offers a convenient shape to be used as a real circle in the new logo, which will refer to the equality that bitsquare offers.
Playing with the above word I came up with meaningless words, that might sound nice (or not), and at the same time are palindromes. The palindrome may refer to the equal, without intermediates, both-ways transactions that bitsquare offers.
kiQik
kilQlik
In any case I think that a brand name should be easy to remember, no more than two syllables, easy to pronounce, and as unique as possible.
Here are a few words I like from the Esperanto language:
nubo - cloud
libereco - liberty; freedom
esperas - hope
